When Will My Order Ship?

UPS Ground: Orders ship in 3-5 business days. Allow 3-5 Business days to arrive from the date shipped.

Freight: Orders ship in 2-3 business days. Allow 5-8 Business days from the date shipped to schedule delivery date with shipper.

Orders Shipping to Canada: Orders ship in 3-5 business days. Allow 7-10 Business days to arrive from the date shipped. Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST. Due to size or weight restrictions, some items are not available for shipment to Canada.

Order Shipping to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands: Orders ship in 3-5 business days, Allow 7-10 Business days to arrive from the date shipped. Due to size or weight restrictions, some items are not available for shipment to HI, GU, PR, U.S. VI.

Where Does My Order Ship From?

Orders ship from various warehouses depending on Manufacturer. Some items may arrive together as others may arrive separately. This will not impact your delivery costs as this is built in.

Orders shipping into Michigan will be charged sales tax.

Back Orders

Atmospheres HomeWorks does not accept back orders, if an item purchased is out of stock, the product will be labeled accordingly and the system will not allow you to purchase the item until it has been re-stocked. In the event that an item purchased is out of stock at the manufacturer but has not yet updated on the site, you will be notified and a full refund will be promptly issued.

 

Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders

In order to provide excellent service and expedient order processing, we do not accept order changes or cancellations. If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately (within one hour) we will make every attempt to assist in correcting the error. After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and a UPS intercept may be required to correct shipping address mistakes.

 

UPS Intercept Service

UPS Intercept is a fee based service that allows shippers to request the intercept of packages prior to delivery.

You can request that we contact UPS to correct shipping address mistakes.

UPS Intercept Fee $12.00 per box.
One time customer service fee is $4.00.

Not all Intercepts are successful and there is no charge for failed attempts.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Free Shipping - Continental U.S. Only

Please note that while some items qualify for Free Shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred and 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Free Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States. An $8.00 Shipping Fee is imposed on all orders $49.98 and below to one single address.

Freight Delivery

Large items, like sofas and beds, will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping or ABF freight. (which means that you will be responsible for bringing your order inside and setting it up!)

Larger orders that ship out via YRC shipping or ABF freight are not not eligible for "no signature required", and someone must be home to accept and sign for delivery. (you will be able to schedule a convenient day/time for delivery with the shipper)

Standard UPS Ground Delivery

Orders weighing less than 10 pounds ship UPS SurePost and are delivered by the United States Postal Service. UPS SurePost shipments include Saturday delivery service. Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering.

UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or holidays in calculating the time in transit. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Holiday seasons may require additional time.

Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 7 business days to be received. If you haven't received your order after 7 days, please contact us; be sure to include your order number for prompt service.

No Shipping Schedule

There is no UPS Ground movement on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
 
  • We are closed on President's Day.

    *Only major holidays (not subsequent days) affect our order packing, freight movement and tracking number notification.
